The Science Behind Pixar
Venture into the creativity behind Woody, Sulley, and all your favorite Pixar characters with 50 hands-on activities. Opens May 25!

Maker Mondays

Museum visitors are invited into the lab to participate in hands-on making and minds-on digital fabrication activities for the whole family are available, but many activities are best suited for visitors ages 6 and up.
Wonder Workshops

Carnegie Science Center’s classes are specifically designed around suitable themes for budding scientists to cultivate a love for learning and to teach them basic science concepts.
Kites for Kids
Sat., May 18
10 am–3 pm
Free with General Admission
Visitors will experience hands-on activity stations featuring kite-themed games and crafts and learn about the science of flight.
Preschool Semesters
Thursdays, March 7–May 23

$80 Members/$90 Nonmembers (per child and adult helper)
Carnegie Science Center’s Preschool Semesters are specifically designed around suitable themes for little scientists to cultivate a love for learning and to teach them basic science concepts.
Tour Your Future
Girls and non-binary youth ages 11–17 can meet female+ STEM professionals and experience what it’s like to work in a variety of industries – ranging from healthcare, environmental science, vaccine research, agriculture technology, and more!
Fab Lab Public Workshops
