Parents

If you are dropping your child off for the fair, please enter the Carnegie Science Center’s parking lot through the entrance on Casino Drive and proceed straight through the bus lane to Group Services to drop your child off. You will not be permitted to enter through the entrance on North Shore Drive as we will be unloading buses there.

Students must be able to transport their poster and anything else they bring with them to the fair from your car to their exhibit area. You will not be allowed onto the exhibit floor to help them. Please do not park your car and walk your child into the building.

When you return to pick your child up in the afternoon, you may park in the North Lot (across Casino Drive from Carnegie Science Center) or in our main parking lot (enter through the Casino Drive entrance). Plan to park your car and come into the main building and down to the Riverview Café area on the Ground Floor to pick your child up. For their safety, students will not be permitted to leave the building to meet you in the parking lot.

If your child has an early dismissal, you can pick them up between 12:30 and 12:45 pm at the main entrance to the Carnegie Science Center.
