The Rangos Giant Cinema proudly presents a must-see theater event from one of the biggest rock bands in history, Metallica.
In this new concert film, Metallica joins together with The San Francisco Symphony Orchestra for the first time in twenty years to once again stage their landmark concert and live album, S&M. With our premium surround sound system, their legendary work will feel more powerful than ever.
Filmed across two sold-out shows at San Francisco’s Chase Center, the S&M² concert will feature the first live performances of Michael Kamen's original arrangements in 20 years, plus the first ever Metallica/San Francisco Symphony renditions of songs written and released since the original S&M, with new orchestral charts by Bruce Coughlin. Fans will also enjoy a specially filmed introduction from the band, exclusive to the cinema!
