JOB TITLE: Full-Time Associate Technology Support Specialist

STATE: Pennsylvania

DESCRIPTION: The Associate Information Technology Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative, technical, and project-related support in the Information Technology (IT) Department. Duties include, but are not limited to:
* Answering IT hotlines calls and providing first-level end-user support,
* Monitoring incoming Service Desk requests and assigning to appropriate personnel and installing software on PCs and laptops,
* Updating computer hardware and software inventories,
* Testing computer hardware, and
* Processing incoming technology purchase requests, including invoicing.

The ideal candidate should have at least some post-secondary education and a minimum of one year professional/technical experience in an IT environment. Strong Windows and Microsoft Office experience is required.

The ideal candidate should also be a team player who possesses excellent telephone and customer service skills, has a proven ability to handle multiple tasks and directives, and is persistent in meeting departmental objectives. This individual should be a self-starter, require little to no supervision, able to ensure and maintain confidentiality and handle other duties as assigned.
