DISPLAY AND STAFFING INFORMATION
We Provide:
- One six -foot clothed event table for your display or activity
- A sign with your organization's name
- A National Engineers Week T-shirt for each volunteer
You Must Provide:
- AV Equipment
- Extension Cords, Power Strips, Easels
- Volunteers and all program materials related to your hands-on activity or demonstration
Available Set-Up Times:
- Thursday, February 17, 2011 (3 pm– 5 pm)
- Friday, February 18, 2011 (7 am– 9 am)
VOLUNTEER EVENT STAFFING INFORMATION*
- Friday, February 18, 2011 (9 am - 5 pm)
- Saturday, February 19, 2011 (10 am - 5 pm)
In order to fully promote science and engineering to the visitors, all event tables must be staffed by volunteers during shift hours. Volunteers generally work a 3-4 hour shift. All volunteers are to report to the Registration Area (located near the first floor restrooms) before their shift to register and receive their National Engineers Week T-shirt. The National Engineers Week T-shirt will serve as a general admission ticket to Carnegie Science Center during the two-day National Engineers Week event.
* The 2011 event requires a two-day commitment for staffing your event table.
