Great White Shark

Date: Check Daily Schedule

What do we really know about the creature we love to fear? Great White Shark explores this beautiful animal's place in our imaginations, in our fears, and in its role at the top of the oceanic food chain. The creatures pre-date dinosaurs in evolutionary history. They've evolved to regulate their body temperature and give birth to pups, much like mammals. But do we feel the same warmth toward them that we might to land-living carnivores such as lions, tigers, and bears? Why not?
